Ok so I tried insanity for 3 days and it was not for me. It was hard and it was hard and it was hard, my body couldn't take it, it took me about 1 hour afterwards to recuperate, I was sore for days and with 3 kids running around, I just don't have that kind of time. I decided to go back to my turbo jam workout. Sure it won't be as fast, but I'll least be able to continue to do my daily activities without feeling like my body weights a ton.
